I tried every style

I’m new to thigh society so I ordered 4 pairs; one of each style. I washed them and wore them for a day (not just a simple try-on over other undies). Here is my takeaway.
1. The original - best structure, stays in place, wishing I had ordered 4 (or 10) of these
2. The cotton - decent. Moved around more than the original. Does not hold a candle to the structure on the original.
3. The staple - very soft fabric. Too flimsy for me. Didn’t really feel like anything was there. These slid around on me. Not coming out of the drawer again unless I’m out of everything else.
4. The cooling - my least favorite by far, these had the opposite of a cooling effect on me. The fabric is very thin and feels like a nylon- doesn’t feel like you’re wearing much at all. Did not stay in place. Probably will never be worn again.

First-time purchaser and pleased, but ...

I purchased L/XL because that's what I wear in pants. My usual underwear are XL. I found these too big for me because there was so much stretch and I felt like I had to hike them up to feel comfortable in the crotch area. I should have chosen M/L. I chose the 7" length and it is fine for wearing under pants and kept me warm now, but may be a little too warm for spring and summer and too long. I think the 5" might be a better length for me. The waist rolled as usual. I have never had shapewear stay in place, it always rolls, which is annoying. They were very comfortable and soft. A bit pricey, but the quality and workmanship is very good, so it is worth it.

Love my shorts!

I bought two pairs of these shorts to wear under dresses of a recent trip - they are so comfortable and absolutely saved my thighs! I even threw a pair on over top of my bathing suit and under my swim cover up to save my legs during a long walk.
