They’re made of hi-tech fabric that lowers the body temperature by up to 1°. (If you want to get geeky about it, the flat cross-section of the yarn offers a wide surface area that quickly releases body heat from your skin.) The yarn texturizing process gives the shorts incredible breathability; the finished ultra-thin fabric is a breeze to wear, literally.
Lots of us sweat even while doing nothing. Our shorts are sweat-wicking to help you stay dry down there all day long. We use the highest quality yarns in all of our shorts to ensure maximum breathability, so you can slip them on and enjoy the easy, breezy goodness without getting soggy.
No undies, no problem. The knit-in cotton crotch featured in all of our shorts gives your bits room to breathe while keeping things feeling fresh down there.
Our innovative fabric feels refreshing against the skin, giving your body an immediate cooling sensation as soon as you slip them on.
Our comfortable, super-soft waistband doesn’t pinch or bind, and is designed to stay in place so it won’t roll down. Flexible, stretchy and elastic-free, it’s made from the same soft fabric as the shorts, and stretches to your curves without digging in.
You don’t want to worry about making adjustments while you’re supposed to be chilling out. We don’t use silicone grippers or pinchy elastics to keep the leg bands in place. Instead, we’ve thoughtfully designed them to lay flat against your skin without squeezing or leaving marks on your skin.

Thigh Society shorties don’t compress you or suck you in like shapewear does. Instead, they’re a lightly smoothing, breathable, sweat-wicking essential you’ll reach for again and again. They’re so comfy that you’ll probably forget you have them on, and may want to sleep in them (said no one ever about shapewear).

Flexible and stretchy, our waistband is made from the same fabric as the shorts, just double-folded and sewn-in. It stretches to your curves, never cuts into them. The waistband is like the Loch Ness Monster: you’ll doubt it really exists.

You really can’t go wrong with any of our shorties, it just depends on what level of sheerness you’re comfortable with and how you want to feel in them. The Cooling is our most see-through and the best option for lounging at home (but we don’t judge). The Cotton ranges from sheer to semi-sheer, and is made from cozy Pima cotton and modal fabric that’s slightly thicker than The Cooling for extra warmth. The Staple ranges from semi-sheer to nearly opaque, making them a great option for chilling with friends and then throwing on a baggy tee to run errands.
